Dear Customers,
Most jewelry pieces available in the store are already in stock and ready for shipment within a short time. However, in some cases a product may need to be individually created or additionally produced, therefore order preparation may take up to 4 business days.

Once the order is prepared, it is shipped via DPD or other selected shipping services.
Delivery via DPD Parcel Lockers
The delivery price depends on the size of the product (starting from €3.00).
Shipments delivered via DPD parcel lockers usually arrive within 1–2 business days.
When choosing delivery to a DPD parcel locker, you will receive an SMS notification with all information required to collect your parcel.

DPD Parcel Collection Information
The buyer must collect the parcel within the time period specified by the delivery service provider.
Please note that address changes for DPD parcel locker shipments are not possible after dispatch.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via registered Lithuanian Post, courier services, or by a shipping method preferred by the customer.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and parcel weight.

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for checking whether additional customs or import charges may apply in their country. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or related fees must be fully covered by the buyer
Delivery Notifications
Once your order has been shipped or prepared for collection, you will receive an email notification.
When the parcel arrives at your selected parcel locker, you will also receive an SMS message with the required collection information.
If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, please make sure to collect the parcel within the storage period specified by the delivery service.
If you choose courier delivery to your home address, please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the time of delivery..
