Product Delivery

Dear customers,
If a product is not available in stock, we begin crafting it carefully as soon as the order is placed. You can provide detailed information about your desired product by email at info@formar8.com.
For this reason, the preparation time of a product may take up to 20 days, as the materials we use cannot be transported for safety reasons. After the product is completed, delivery may take up to 14 calendar days.
If the product is already prepared, we aim to ship it the next day after the order is placed.

Delivery via DPD parcel lockers

The price varies depending on the size of the product (starting from €3.00).

Shipments to DPD parcel lockers are delivered within 2–3 business days.

When choosing delivery to a DPD parcel locker, you will receive an SMS notification with the necessary information for parcel collection.

The buyer must collect the parcel within 5 calendar days from receiving the SMS notification.

For shipments delivered to DPD parcel lockers, address changes are not possible after dispatch.

International Shipping

Orders shipped abroad are sent via registered Lithuanian Post, courier services, or by a method preferred by the customer.
The shipping cost depends on the destination country and the weight of the order.

Delivery Notifications

Once your order is shipped or prepared for collection, you will receive an email notification.

When the parcel arrives at your selected parcel locker, you will receive an SMS message with the information required to collect it.

If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, please remember to collect the shipment within the time limit set by the delivery service.
If you choose courier delivery to your home, please ensure that you are available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
