RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Dear Customer,

We are delighted that you have chosen to shop with us. We take great care to ensure that our customers are satisfied and receive high-quality products. However, if you decide to return or exchange items purchased from the Formar8.com online store, please contact us first by email at info@formar8.com, providing the product you wish to return and your order number.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products are exchanged, returned, or repaired in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (22 July 2014).

To return product(s), in accordance with Clause 11.1, the Buyer must complete a Product Return Form.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

When returning a product, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and retain its original commercial appearance
• The product must be undamaged and not worn
• Products of proper quality may be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date
• The returned product must be in the same condition and complete set as received
• Any defects must not be caused by the Buyer
• A proof of purchase must be provided in all cases

The Seller reserves the right to refuse returned products if the return conditions are not met.

RETURN SHIPPING

• If a defective product is returned, shipping costs are covered by the Seller
• Products must be returned after completing the return form
• Returns are processed within 14 calendar days from the date the Seller receives the returned product

Returns and exchanges of products of proper quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810 (1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

REFUNDS

• Payments for returned products are refunded to the Buyer’s bank account no later than 7 business days after the product is returned to the Seller, unless otherwise agreed
• When returning a non-defective product, only the product price is refunded
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• The Seller is not responsible for delayed or failed refunds if incorrect return details are provided by the Buyer
